Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stagelik website and room-preview widget (the “Service”) provided by Stagelik(“Stagelik”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, installing the widget, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Stagelik provides a widget that lets shoppers preview furniture products inside a photo of their own room using AI-generated imagery. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time. We may also suspend or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or infringing imagery.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you and your shoppers submit to the Service (such as product images and room photos). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Stagelik and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated previews will be accurate representations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagelik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in United States of America will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
